Reedy USB Li-Ion Balance Charger

 When USB charger is plugged into power source, the Red LED light comes on.
When USB charger has battery connected and is charging, the Red/Green LEDs blink.
When charging is complete, the Red/Green LEDs stop blinking and remain solid.
